- Candidates with higher qualifications and work experience will be preferred. In addition to the existing upper age limit relaxation, the period served as a contract/contingent paid daily wage project employee shall be excluded for the purpose of upper age limit.
- All candidates will be eligible for a five-year general age relaxation. Any other age limit relaxation will be granted in accordance with Government of Pakistan regulations.
- Highly qualified candidates may be given advancement increments up to stage 10.
