وہ تمام امیدوار جنہوں نے میٹرک یا او لیول امتحان پاس کیا ہے ، یا اس سال حاضر ہوئے ہیں وہ درخواست دینے کے اہل ہیں۔ طلباء جو میٹرک یا او لیول کے لئے اپنے نتائج کا انتظار کر رہے ہیں انہیں لازمی طور پر امید کا سرٹیفکیٹ فراہم کرنا ہوگا کہ طالب علم ان کے میٹرک سالانہ یا ضمنی امتحانات میں 60٪ نمبر لے کر پاس ہوگا۔
