Eligibility Criteria for HEC Commonwealth Ph.D. scholarships UK
- Pakistani / AJ & K Become a national and permanent resident of Pakistan / AJ & K.
- Dual citizens are not eligible.
- Be available to start your education in the UK until the start of the UK academic year in September / October 2021.
- For PhD Scholarships, applicants must have a first class degree in Postgraduate Qualification (17/18 years Masters / MS / M.Phil degree) in the relevant field of study with the last date of application.
