The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan announces Phase-II project name as Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarship for Afghan Nationals. The scholarship covers living allowance, book allowance, hostel dues, university tuition, and return airfare.
Those Students who are eligible for Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarship for Afghan Nationals must apply in due time. For MS/MPhil students age limit is 35 years for non-faculty members. While for faculty member the maximum age is not more then 40 years. For undergraduate students the maximum age is not more then 23 years.

How to Apply For Higher Education Commission Allama Iqbal scholarship 2020
- Applicants are required to submit their applications online through http://pakafghan.hec.gov.pk
- HEC reserves the right to postpone or cancel the scholarship process at any stage without assigning any reason.
- For female applicants total number of seats are 100.
- Females and students from less developed areas of Afghanistan are encouraged to apply.
- Applicant will be shortlisted based on the score of the Aptitude Test conducted by HEC.
